We had our bi-fold doors installed…

We had our bi-fold doors installed today. It wasn’t a straightforward install, but Jelly was fantastic in handling the install and his care, efficiency and customer service was excellent.

From our first meeting with BFDF (bifolddoorfactory) to placing our order, keeping us in the loop and timely delivery date, were all faultless. We even got a call from Deepak and were offered an earlier install date because we’d mentioned that if they had a cancellation, could we be considered.

Would definately recommend BFDF.

We had a problem with the locking…

We had a problem with the locking mechanism of our bi-fold doors. Following over the phone discussions the company agreed to arrange for a repair. This was carried out by an excellent fitter who ensured the doors worked beautifully!

Excellent service

By being disappointed by other companies we searched and came across this company to be attended by Imran, well spoken person with great customer service skills, not only did we get the best quality doors and patio, but good quality price, imran gave us the best service, highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a good idea of what I wanted from looking at the website. I gave them a call and they helped me to refine my order and helped me to understand all the features with pros/cons to make the right decision for our house. The surveyor was good and made a couple of helpful suggestions, and installation was excellent – exactly on time, very tidy and explained everything they were doing. Top job and very satisfied customer.

Great company

Great company, no fuss , no delay , no silly talk, they just deliver and fast. We had huge schueco sliding doors installed to a new dormer with difficult access but the installation went smoothly and we’re happy. Time wise they estimated 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks. Absolutely great.

Schuco bi-folding adjustment help.

We had a Schuco bi-folding door in our home installed by a company that were no longer in business that was rubbing on the floor in multiple places. We sent Phil an email about the issue and he promptly responded. Phil requested a few photographs of the door and quickly ascertained that the glass in the door needed to be adjusted. His expertise in the area was evident as he also sent a helpful video on how to properly instal glass to solve the problem. As a result the glass was adjusted and the door no longer has any issues. We wanted to leave a review because of the attention to detail that Phil provided in assisting us with our door.
We really appreciated his input and genuine effort in helping us with our problem.

It was a huge decision…

It was a huge decision to decide who to buy 22 windows and doors from as I was very particular with what I wanted. My experience dealing with Phil was great and his patience much appreciated as at times it was like wading through treacle with all the options.
Despite Covid and Brexit I now have my Schuco windows and doors installed and I am delighted. There are a few minor snags to get finished off but the experience has been a good one for me (and I freely admit I have very high standards and expectations).

Fantastic bifold doors

I found my experience ordering via bifoldingdoorfactory extremely easy. Their website is clear and easy to use and their prices are very competitive (I reviewed so many companies!!) as you are able to receive an online quote straight away which really does help. I chose to use their surveyor to take the measurements and I also used them to remove my existing sliding doors which was done very quickly and less hassle for me as they were taken away :0)

My new bifold doors were installed without a hitch and they look amazing. The installer was very professional, tidy and clean and explained thoroughly how to use the doors etc. I would highly recommend using this company again and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Corner bi-fold door install.

These guys done a great job installing my corner Bi-fold doors. I visited their factory before i hired them as theirs a lot of rubbish installers out there i wanted to get a feel for these guys. Some of the machines in the factory is state of the art Star wars stuff, very impressive. All doors was exactly how i wanted them.
They turned up on time, very polite. The installer was was fantastic. His attention to detail was spot on, Im a Spark by trade so i know a good tradesman when i see it. I have very rough bricks on my building, so the siliconing between the frame and doors i knew was gonna be tricky, Coss made it look easy, excellent workmanship. They swept up and took all rubbish with them. Great job, Thank you guys.

Fitter arrived promptly and worked very…

Fitter arrived promptly and worked very neatly and cleared everything up afterwards and demonstrated the doors. The doors themselves looked great – they were NOT cheap but the quality shows in not only the appearance but more importantly how they perform with a reassuringly tight seal and very sturdy feel. We went to the factory and talked thru what we wanted in detail and viewing and trailing all the options in store. I would recommend doing this – there is no substitute for see touch and feel The staff were very helpful and as a result we are very happy we made the right choices for us.

Great bifolds and excellent service

Very impressed with the whole service right from my first call to final installation.Phil, especially has been marvellous, he answered all my naive queries with immense patience.The price was competitive for a high end product like Schuco and the installation by Julian was very smooth.The fitters were friendly, arrived on time and did a great job.There was an error at our end related to the finished floor height which will now be covered with a trim and hopefully that will be done as efficiently as well.Overall, if one is after good quality Bifolds then this firm is highly recommended.

I work in the house building industry

I work in the house building industry. So I know a good product. I trawled the internet for a company who could deliver my expectation as I had an unusual request of 3.000m high doors.
The Bifolding door factory answered all my questions and met my expectations.
They fitted a great product on time. I would use them again.

There was a small alignment problem…

There was a small alignment problem with our Bifolding doors- no probs. It was easy to arrange a fitter out- thank you Imran.
The fitter could not make the agreed date due to some complications with the job before, we were informed and re-arranged for the next day. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication we did not know his daughter went into labour. Still, he came the next day and sorted the problem out- thank you!
So apart from a hiccup in communication, we can not fault the service.

Excellent and quick service from start to finish. Even though we had a slight hiccup with the measurements of the frame at time of installation, the company were quick to rectify and resolve the issue. We found Dan (the fitter) very helpful and professional and he was meticulous to ensure the doors were fitted properly. We love the finished product and would recommend to friends and family.

Faultless

Faultless, the fitter did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

The only issue was the delay of the doors arriving from Germany and the slight crack in the glass pane on arrival, however, the pane is being replaced immediately.
